We offer free UK delivery on all orders of £95 and over, otherwise shipping is charged at a flat rate of £3.95. All UK orders are delivered via Royal Mail tracked service, please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. Your tracking details will be sent to you via email notification once your order is on its way.


All orders outside of the UK are delivered via UPS. Delivery prices and times vary depending on your location, please follow the checkout process for exact costs and estimated delivery times. Your tracking details will be sent to you via email notification once your order is on its way.


Click & Collect collection hours: Mon - Sat, 12 - 5pm  and Sun 12-4pm

We offer a free 'click and collect' service for customers who would like to collect their purchase from our AIDA Shoreditch store. While purchases can generally be collected on the same day, we do kindly ask that customers wait for their confirmation email, prior to collecting in store to avoid any disappointment. When collecting, please bring along your order confirmation email.

Click and collect orders will be held at AIDA Shoreditch for a maximum of 14 days from the point of order confirmation. After 14 days the items will be returned to stock and a refund will be issued back to the original payment method.


Conditions of return:
Unwanted full price and sale items must be returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. This is inclusive of all original packaging, with any tags or hygiene seals still in tact. Items packaged in a box, e.g footwear, must also be repackaged in an outer box or bag for protection. Please ensure any fragile items are repackaged appropriately to prevent any damage that may occur in transit. Returned items that fall outside of these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear.

UK Returns:
Return your unwanted item(s) to us for free, using the freepost returns label enclosed with your order. Simply fill out the return reason form and place this inside the package along with your original invoice and attach the freepost label to the outside of your package.

International returns:
International returns can be posted/couriered back to us at your cost. Since we do not take responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit, we advise using a trackable or insured service.

Returning to store:
Items purchased online can also be returned to our AIDA Shoreditch store for a refund. Please bring with you either the dispatch note from your parcel or the dispatch email you received when it was delivered. In store refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the money to reach your account.

If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the size and colour on the returns form and return to us using the freepost label enclosed in your order. All exchanges will be sent to you free of charge within 5 days of receipt. Please note that we can only accept exchanges for the same style in a different size or colour and all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If we do not have the size or colour requested for the exchange, you will be notified via email and automatically issued a refund. Online purchases can also be exchanged in store, subject to stock availability.We are not able to accept exchanges on international orders.
