We offer free UK delivery on all orders of £95 and over, otherwise shipping is charged at a flat rate of £3.95. All UK orders are delivered via Royal Mail tracked service, please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. Your tracking details will be sent to you via email notification once your order is on its way.


All orders outside of the UK are delivered via UPS. Delivery prices and times vary depending on your location, please follow the checkout process for exact costs and estimated delivery times. Your tracking details will be sent to you via email notification once your order is on its way.

Due to Brexit, our international customers (including Europe) may be charged additional fees by their own customs. 


We offer a free 'click and collect' service for customers who would like to collect their purchase from our AIDA Shoreditch store. While purchases can generally be collected on the same day, we do kindly ask that customers wait for their confirmation email, prior to collecting in store to avoid any disappointment. When collecting, please bring along your order confirmation email.

Click and collect orders will be held at AIDA Shoreditch for a maximum of 14 days from the point of order confirmation. After 14 days the items will be returned to stock and a refund will be issued back to the original payment method.


Conditions of return: 
Unwanted full price and sale items must be returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. This is inclusive of all original packaging, with any tags or hygiene seals still in tact. Items packaged in a box, e.g footwear, must also be repackaged in an outer box or bag for protection. Please ensure any fragile items are repackaged appropriately to prevent any damage that may occur in transit. Returned items that fall outside of these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear.

Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged by using the link above. Customers are responsible for the cost and safe return of goods. When returning items to us, we strongly advise using a tracked service and kindly ask that customers retain proof of postage until AIDA has confirmed receipt of the return and issued the appropriate refund / exchange. Please also note that delivery charges will not be refunded. 

Returning to store:
Items purchased online can also be returned to our AIDA Shoreditch store for a refund or exchange (subject to stock availability. Please bring with you either the dispatch note from your parcel or the dispatch email you received when it was delivered. In store refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the money to reach your account. 

Bulk Purchases:
Bulk purchases, especially those made for styling purposes, are generally not eligible for returns. Due to our limited stock and the impact of bulk orders on our inventory, we are unable to accept returns for these items in most cases. 

All exchanges will be sent to you free of charge within 5 days of receipt. Please note that we can only accept exchanges for the same style in a different size and all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If we do not have the size requested for the exchange, you will be notified via email and automatically issued a refund. Online purchases can also be exchanged in store, subject to stock availability.We are not able to accept exchanges on international orders.

Faulty Items

All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method, within 7 working days of receipt.
