Selling and Service Manager (FULL TIME)

AIDA is seeking a Selling and Service Manager with a passion for training, development, and leadership. In this role, you will collaborate with the Store Manager to create a customer-focused environment while nurturing the growth and success of the retail team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Lead the training program for team members, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to deliver outstanding customer service and meet store objectives.
  • Team Growth: Conduct performance appraisals, provide constructive feedback, and create individual development plans to support team member’s professional growth.
  • Leadership: Motivate the team to exceed expectations and act as a mentor and role model, promoting company values and high standards.
  • Operational Support: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth processes and a well-organized store environment.
