BARISTA (PART TIME - 14h)

Join Our Team as a Barista at AIDA Cafe!

Are you passionate about coffee and exceptional customer service? AIDA Cafe is looking for a motivated and efficient Barista to join our team! As a Barista, your primary focus will be creating great coffee, delivering outstanding service, and helping to foster a warm, welcoming environment for all customers. You'll also assist with food and pastry preparation, keep our café organized, and ensure a smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting high-quality coffee and mastering latte art
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Preparing pastries and sandwiches to company standards
  • Assisting with stock control and inventory management
  • Maintaining a clean, organized workspace
  • Working closely with team members to ensure smooth operations

SALES ASSOCIATE (PART TIME - 2/3 DAYS PER WEEK)

AIDA is seeking for a welcoming, reliable, proactive team player with experience in retail. A large part of this role involves providing outstanding customer service, nurturing relationships with customers and having excellent knowledge of our brands, as well as a commitment to our values of conscious consumerism, ethical fashion and promoting a more sustainable way of living.

Key Responsibilities

  • Securing a high number of sales through being fully committed to addressing   the needs of the customer  
  • Nurturing relationships with loyal customers 
  • Providing excellent customer service and remaining professional, friendly and   approachable at all times 
  • Excellent knowledge of all the brands and products we stock - Attending daily morning briefs with the store manager and rest of the sales team 
  • Unpacking deliveries of new stock. Steaming, tagging and pricing products   ready for the shop floor or putting into order in the stockroom - Maintaining an immaculately organized stockroom and sales floor  - Ensuring the highest display standards are constantly being achieved  - Ensuring all new season stock and carryovers are on the sales floor and the   shop floor is always fully replenished 
  • Being constantly vigilant to minimize stock losses 
  • Adopting a proactive approach to job tasks and working as a team to create a   positive working environment
