Designed to improve your nights sleep and to aid rest, Nerumae sleep spray is a delicate and and refined concoction of the most beautiful scents. With notes of mandarin, lavender and frankincense, Nerumae is inspired by Japanese bathing and crafted with peace and relaxation in mind. Spray 4-5 times above your bed, allow it to settle and "nerumae"; lie down and go to sleep. Shinrin-Yoku is an earthy blend of cedarwood, oakmoss and black pepper that creates a natural calming atmosphere. Shinrin-Yoku means 'forest bathing', and is the Japanese ritual of taking in the forest atmosphere. It is proven to lower heart rate, reduce stress, boost the immune system and improve your overall wellbeing.
