International orders can be tracked using the tracking information provided in your shipment confirmation email and following the UPS link here

   My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

 - You can track the location of your order using the tracking information provided in your shipment confirmation email.

 - If the status of your order is “delivered”, you may have been out at the time of attempted delivery. Our shipping partners may have left a card with further instructions on how to retrieve your order or will be happy to help you rearrange a re-delivery.

 - During extremely busy periods e.g. Christmas and New Year our delivery times may be slightly extended. For up to date delivery information click here.

   An item(s) is missing from my order, what should I do?

If you have checked the itemised invoice and an item is listed but not included in your order, please contact us immediately: orders@aidashoreditch.co.uk 

   Can I return an item that I received as a gift?

If you have received an item as a gift from AIDA we hope that you love it, however if you are not completely satisfied please see our Returns & Exchanges page here

   I would like to cancel my order, what should I do? 

We will always endeavour to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible, however should you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately: orders@aidashoreditch.co.uk. If your order has already been dispatched, we will not be liable for the cost of post and packaging.

   How do I redeem my gift card? 

AIDA gift cards purchased online are emailed to the recipient and ready to use within minutes.

To redeem your gift card online, copy and paste the unique code that you received in your gift card email into the discount code box at checkout. To redeem your gift card in store, simply show the QR code at the checkout when you are ready to pay.

For the time being, we do not sell physical gift cards.
