Selling and Service Manager (FULL TIME)

AIDA is seeking a Selling and Service Manager with a passion for training, development, and leadership. In this role, you will collaborate with the Store Manager to create a customer-focused environment while nurturing the growth and success of the retail team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Lead the training program for team members, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to deliver outstanding customer service and meet store objectives.
  • Team Growth: Conduct performance appraisals, provide constructive feedback, and create individual development plans to support team member’s professional growth.
  • Leadership: Motivate the team to exceed expectations and act as a mentor and role model, promoting company values and high standards.
  • Operational Support: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth processes and a well-organized store environment.

Café Manager (FULL TIME)

Join Our Team as a Head Barista at the AIDA Café!

Are you passionate about coffee and customer service? We are looking for a cafe manager to oversee daily café operations and maintain our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. As the head of the cafe, you'll ensure exceptional coffee, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master coffee making, including latte art and espresso dialing
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Oversee café inventory, manage orders, and minimize waste
  • Prepare and bake pastries, sandwiches and other food items according to company recipes, ensuring fresh, beautifully presented goods
  • Lead a team, training new baristas, and communicating tasks effectively
  • Compile reports on café sales, operations, and inventory to share with the store manager
  • Ensure café cleanliness, health, and safety standards are maintained
