We are looking for a welcoming, reliable, proactive team player with experience in retail. A large part of this role involves providing outstanding customer service, nurturing relationships with customers and having excellent knowledge of our brands, as well as a commitment to our values of conscious consumerism, ethical fashion and promoting a more sustainable way of living.

Typical work activities include: 

- Securing a high number of sales through being fully committed to addressing the needs of the customer


- Nurturing relationships with loyal customers Providing excellent customer service and remaining professional, friendly and approachable at all times


- Excellent knowledge of all the brands and products we stock - Attending daily morning briefs with the store manager and rest of the sales team


- Unpacking deliveries of new stock, steaming, tagging and pricing products ready for the shop floor or putting into order in the stockroom


- Maintaining an immaculately organized stockroom and sales floor - Ensuring the highest display standards are constantly being achieved


- Ensuring all new season stock and carryovers are on the sales floor and the shop floor is always fully replenished


- Being constantly vigilant to minimize stock losses


- Adopting a proactive approach to job tasks and working as a team to create a positive working environment
