Let’s come together this winter to move, find presence and rest. Through this extended 75-minute practice led by Lyd, we will begin with a slow vinyasa flow which will support you to move to sooth. In harmony with your breath, body and mind, we will make shapes that feel good and leave you ready for deep rest as we enter our yin practice. Through shapes held for longer periods of time we will take our awareness further inwards in a deeper but effortless way held by endless props and cosy blankets. 

Likened to yin-yang in style, throughout this practice Lyd will offer many options to help you find what works for you as well as offering optional physical assists and massage as you find some well deserved rest.

Lyd (@flowwithlyd) is a London based yoga teacher offering both community and corporate practices across the city. Lyd's practices focus on making shapes, creating stillness and finding joy through movement and connection. She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin styles of yoga.
